Finally got the set up on behance of my pair of shoes that I customized last year sometime. This was my first pair that I’ve done so I was pretty stoked with the outcome, I reckon. Many apologies for being a shameless self-promotion whore, I’ll make more of an effort to put up more posi-vibes, jams and random stuff in future! To hell with behance!
“I’m a loser baby, so why don’t ya kill me.”
I’ve been scarce but it’s because there’s some big stuff happening in the pipeline - I haven’t been watching TV, I promise. Either way, here’s a link to an old project I may or may not have posted already. Anyways, check it out
I’m contributing to tonight’s ‘Paint The Future’ event happening on Windemere tonight. What I understand, it’s a fundraiser to raise money to buy paint to create more community murals. In a way, it’s a small backlash to the unlawful arresting of 7 graffiti artists a few weeks ago. It should be a really mammoth vibe for a very good cause, so check it out.
I’ll upload my piece in a few days. In the meantime, enjoy the Gil Scott-Heron quote. Happy Wednesday!
What a vibe! Here’s a setup shot of Our Lives of Deckadence which kicked off without a hitch on Friday night. Everyone did some crazy awesome art and the space looked sick. The highlight for me was the skate shoe chandelier - I’ll definitely investigate that again.

Busy days ahead! I’m one of the organizers and contributors of the upcoming ‘Our Lives of Deckadence’ skateboard exhibition that opens next friday at Gallery415. It couldn’t have happened if it weren’t for the folks at Verb and Revolution! Too stoked!
Follow the link to the facebook event and I’ll see you at the opening for a drink and a vibe! The Madness!
Here we have my contribution to the ‘To Skin A Cat’ fundraiser. It was was a super well-attended event and turned into quite a vibe… and Guy Buttery played a friggin awesome Joanna Newsom cover. So good. Anyways, cheers to my first lightbox!

Home Sweet Homies got a pretty sweet shout out on the Revolution Skateboards blog. Pics by Tyrone Bradley - check it out, son!
Man, it’s gonna be a crazy month. I’m taking part in the fundraiser for To Skin A Cat - a documentary about the dwindling numbers of leopards in South Africa and Zulu Tradition. Its a really important cause that I’m really stoked to be a part of. The film makers have organised a gig and art show that looks like its gonna to be pretty awesome. Check out the facebook page and I’ll see you all Friday!
Last night was the very successful opening of Home Sweet Homies - what a vibe! Thanks to all who came out. Man, what a quality crowd. Durban Poison, ekse.
The exhibition will run for the next 2 weeks so get down there for some brain melting if you missed the shindig last night. If you’re outta town, check out some photos courtesy of the well endowed, Tyrone Bradley
It’s finally time and I am busy as fuck. Work is crazy, the exhibition is crazy, life in general is poes-crazy. Nevertheless, the space is looking awesome so its gonna be a good night. Pull in for a drink and a vibe!

Here’s just a lil sneak of a collaboration that I’m doing with The Sailing Bear for my upcoming exhibition with Tokyo Go Go. Awesome handiwork by her - dirty words to be added later by me. Get amped.
Lately I’ve been working hard on an upcoming show with the wunderkind, Tokyo Go Go . This is just a quick progress pic of my studio wall. Still ways to go and only a month left - time to get some painting done!
